Luxury Art for Client Installs: Selection to Handover
An art install goes wrong in predictable places: the client can't visualize it, the sizes get guessed, the delivery slips past the reveal, or the handover has no paperwork. Here's the workflow that avoids all four, in the order it runs.
1. Shortlist by the room's job
Pull three to five candidates per wall, not fifteen. Calm rooms shortlist from Coastal; character rooms from Icons or Vintage; contemporary briefs from Corey Wilson. Our sourcing guide covers what's specifiable on every piece.
2. Preview in the actual room
Preview each candidate on the client's wall in AR before you present. Showing the client their own wall with the piece on it collapses the approval conversation from a week to a meeting.
3. Spec sizes with real numbers
Seven framed formats run from Small (16.5" x 12.5") through Large (31.5" x 22.5") and Extra Large (44.5" x 31.5") to Centerpiece (56.5" x 39.5"), Renaissance (70" x 49") and Masterpiece (85" x 60"). Above furniture, spec to roughly two thirds of the furniture's width, which over a standard sofa usually means Extra Large or Centerpiece. The full rules are in the sizing guide.
4. Build the timeline backwards from the reveal
Framed pieces are custom made by hand at our facilities in Oregon and Florida, plus transit; US shipping is free. Order with a couple of weeks of buffer before the install date and the schedule never becomes the story.
5. Install without a level war
Every piece arrives ready to hang with brackets already mounted, and the bracket grooves let each piece slide laterally after it's on the wall, so aligning a pair or a grid takes minutes, with a hammer as the only tool.
6. Hand over like a professional
Each piece ships with a certificate of authenticity for the client's files and carries a 10-year guarantee, which is the kind of line that closes the project on a high note. The art is printed from original high-resolution files, from archives we work with directly, so the story you told in the presentation is the story that hangs on the wall.
